Installation and Maintenance of the Explosion Generator

The Automated Explosion Generator EG 10

We provide the engineering, and the installation and maintenance of the Explosion Generator EG 10.

This unique new piece of equipment can be installed permanently at your plant, in numbers specifically tailored to your needs, to replace all other currently installed cleaning devices such as soot-blowers, shot ball cleanings, sonic horns etc.

The EG10 will be connected to a oxygen and methane supply operating at 40 bars, or, if available, to a start-up fuel system using natural, or city gas.

It can be fully integrated into the plant’s DCS system, and operate automatically around the clock, seven days per week.

The EG 10 operates at a fraction of the costs of soot-blowers, and without any of the commonly encountered short-comings, such as ineffectiveness in hidden areas, usage of large volumes of steam or compressed air, and abrasion of boiler tubes.
