Our equipment and service is only comparable to the direct application of classified explosives, but with much less risks for people and plant, and at a fraction of the costs. No special regulatory requirements need to be observed.
On-line boiler cleaning with the Explosion Generator, or the bang&clean method is a cost effective way to improve thermal efficiencies of thermal power plants, waste-to-energy incinerators,

HRSGs, black liquor fired combined cycle co-generation plants, cement kilns, and any other vessels that are prone for clogging and fouling.
Our equipment and service effectively address heat-rate degradation and blockages, reduce plant downtime for maintenance, improve safety for maintenance workers entering boilers, silos and other vessels; and allow to reduce fuel consumption including start-up fuel, reduce steam for steam soot blower, avoid using large amounts of water for water blasting, and generally results in lower wear and tear of boiler and plant.
